Two builders, one mission.

E-Labs was co-founded by two brothers who spent their careers inside enterprise systems — then decided to bring that same capability directly to small businesses, personally, affordably, and without the corporate overhead.

Andrew brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems, data engineering, and manufacturing automation. His career has been spent inside real operational environments at companies like Steelcase and Haworth — building the SQL pipelines, VBA automation tools, and Power BI dashboards that keep production moving. He knows what broken workflows cost because he has fixed them from the inside.

At E-Labs, Andrew is your primary contact for every engagement. He scopes, builds, and delivers each project personally — no junior hand-offs. Whether you need an AI agent wired into your database, a custom reporting pipeline, or a local AI system that keeps your data off the cloud, he handles it start to finish.

Steve Embry
Co-Founder & Lead Architect

Steve is the technical backbone of every E-Labs solution. He specializes in designing and deploying the infrastructure that keeps AI systems running at scale — from building custom MCP servers that give AI agents live access to business data, to architecting full API integration layers that bridge disparate systems without friction.

His expertise spans self-hosted droplet server infrastructure, end-to-end data pipeline development, IDE integrations, and deep API engineering. Steve tracks the cutting edge of AI model development — including local large language models, emerging frontier models, and hardware-level optimization — so he can recommend the right tool for your environment, not just the most popular one. He evaluates GPU requirements, quantization tradeoffs, and memory constraints to match model capability to real-world hardware budgets.

Steve’s dedication to keeping pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape means E-Labs clients always get solutions built on current best practices — whether that’s a new reasoning model, a newly released MCP toolkit, or a smarter deployment pattern that cuts infrastructure costs in half.
